As all tours depart timely, please make sure you reach the meeting location at the agreed meeting time.

If you have booked a private tour or transfer or a tour exclusive to cruise ship passengers, meeting locations and times may differ. Please reach out to us via phone, email or live chat in case you have any questions regarding where and when to meet.

Tours that are conducted by Chasing Lights (Minibus Chase, Big Bus Chase, Arctic Fjords Road Trip, Lapland Snowmobile Adventure & Snowshoe Hike) depart from the Bus Terminal inside Tromsø Havn Prostneset.

Tromsø Havn Prostneset is located at the address Samuel Arnesens gate 5 and you will find its main entrance opposite Clarion Hotel The Edge. After you enter the terminal’s main entrance, stay on the ground floor and follow the signs to the Bus Terminal.
