Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy for Standalone Tours
Northern Lights Minibus and Big Bus Chases
100% refund for cancellations received more than 24 hours before the tour. Rescheduling is permitted.
No cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the tour.
If you've booked multiple Northern Lights chases with us, you can receive a full refund for any individual chase if you cancel more than 24 hours before the tour starts.
However, we strongly advise against canceling your tours solely based on weather or aurora forecasts. Doing so is one of the primary reasons why visitors in Tromsø miss out on good Aurora displays!
Airport Transfers & Daytime Tours (Excl. Dog Sledding, Ice Domes, Hermes II Cruises)
100% refund for cancellations received more than 72 hours before the tour. Rescheduling is permitted.
No cancellations or rescheduling less than 72 hours before the tour.
Dog Sledding, Tromsø Ice Domes Snow Park & Hermes II Cruises
100% refund for cancellations received more than 8 days before the tour. Rescheduling is permitted.

Northern Lights Disclaimer
The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon that depends on several factors, including solar activity, weather conditions, and cloud cover. While we do everything possible to maximize your chances of seeing the Northern Lights, sightings cannot be guaranteed. We recommend booking at least three chases to improve your chances. No refunds or free trips will be provided if the Northern Lights are not seen.
We do not cancel our Northern Lights chases due to “bad weather.” As long as road conditions are safe, we run our tours and do our best every night. We have sightings on most chases, and many guests are surprised by what we find, even on nights with poor forecasts. Please be aware of this before booking and avoid complaints afterward about why the tour was not canceled.
Snowmobile Adventure
Snowmobiles are insured with a EUR 1,000 EUR liability. The driver must pay up to EUR 1,000 on the spot for any damages they cause.
Following guide instructions significantly reduce accident risks.
