The pick-up time for our Northern Lights Chases is at 17:30, and we can wait up to 15 minutes. Our buses will depart at 17:45 sharp.

If you'd like to join us on a Northern Lights chase on the same day you arrive, we recommend arriving before 16:00. The city centre is only 10 to 15 minutes by taxi. However, there is always a risk that your flight could be delayed and you would miss the tour.

To be fair to the other guests who are joining us on our chases, I'm afraid we will not be able to wait for you beyond the pick-up time if you're running late.

Because of the risk of delays, we always recommend having travel insurance that covers missed tours.
